Pam, the manager, is truly a sweetheart. She is always very helpful. The units are very well protected and easy to access. I had my stuff there for 5 years without any issues. Only complaint is how quickly the dirt and dust infiltrates the units. Be prepared to cover all of your items in plastic or clean them regularly.Directions:
